JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Designer to serve as the primary bridge between ImagineArt and our enterprise clients. In this role, you will work directly with large organizations to understand their creative needs, onboard their teams, and ensure they're getting maximum value out of ImagineArt's platform. This is not a traditional design role. You won't just be designing — you'll be consulting, problem-solving, and representing ImagineArt at the highest level of client engagement. Think of it as being a trusted creative advisor to the world's biggest brands — powered by AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & SUCCESS

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients onboarding onto ImagineArt

- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, workflows, and pain points

- Guide clients on how to best use ImagineArt for their specific use case

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders

Consultation & Problem Solving

- Act as a creative consultant — helping enterprise teams integrate AI-powered design into their workflows

- Identify gaps between what clients need and what the product currently offers
