About this role
You'll own the economics and the negotiation of fal's largest compute deals. Every major capacity agreement, often $100M or more with neoclouds and OEMs, runs through your diligence, your model and your negotiation.
You'll judge whether a deal is worth doing, structure it so it works for fal, and then lead the negotiation to close. Alongside our sourcing team, you'll also find and build the next deals in the pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Financial and commercial diligence. Lead diligence on every major compute deal: build the model, stress-test the assumptions, and assess the counterparty's ability to deliver.
