Role Overview You will serve as a Tech Lead for one of three CareHub pods reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will have the opportunity to shape the architecture and technical progress of IntusCare’s newest and most impactful technology product. You will be the technical leader to an engineering pod of ~5 individual contributors and will have high agency to make changes and improvements within your pod. You will split your time between:
- Being a technical leader of CareHub (making important architecture decisions, working with other tech leads & the VPE on the technical roadmap, implementing standards and best practices)
