THE ROLE: Full Stack developer

This is not a role where you simply maintain existing code. You’ll be building new things, shipping them quickly, seeing how they perform with real users, and taking ownership of the outcome.

You’ll work across the product, backend systems, user interfaces, data processing, legal information search and retrieval, infrastructure, and AI workflows. The goal is simple: to make difficult product problems solvable and get solutions into users’ hands quickly and reliably.

- You’ll design and build parts of the product end to end — backend, user interface, and infrastructure.

- You’ll own new systems from the first version through real-world usage and subsequent scaling.

- You’ll work closely with the people making product decisions so we can ship quickly, gather feedback, and improve immediately.

- You’ll identify problems yourself and solve them rather than waiting for a detailed specification for every step.

- You’ll improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of the systems whenever you see an opportunity to make them better.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
