We extract and reconcile legal information from source documents (charters, SPAs, board consents) and produce auditable outputs: cap table tie-outs, governance dashboards, personnel summaries. Law firms use us to do due diligence in hours instead of weeks. Working with leading ECVC firms now, expanding into PE and M&A. The role: own the knowledge graph at the core of the platform. Design the public APIs, build the Prefect pipelines that turn documents into structured graph data, run it in production on Kubernetes. Stack: Python, Prefect, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes. Need: production backend experience (Python, Go, Rust, or Zig), data pipelines at scale, strong views on API design, comfort on k8s.
