Our AI agents can execute complex workflows across any application, browser, desktop, or legacy system—free from the limitations and fragility of traditional automation tools. Users simply record their screen, and Sola creates a custom agent to run that process at scale.

We're hiring a small group of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bring Sola to the world's largest enterprises and rewrite the playbook for how automation is built in the enterprise.

Work alongside David Fullerton, formerly CTO of Heap (Series C to acquisition) and Stack Overflow (Series A to E), as well as Sola's founders Neil Deshmukh and Jessica Wu. You'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional engineers and help shape how the company grows.

We’re still early enough that individual contributions can meaningfully influence the company’s trajectory, and you’ll have a direct influence on how the FDE role evolves over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Sola, you'll combine hands-on technical execution with customer-facing communication and partnership.

- Dive deep on customer workflow failures using logs, browser tools, APIs, and code, then implement and verify fixes

- Build custom integrations and contribute production code to Sola's platform, turning recurring customer needs into reusable improvements

- Join customer calls alongside Customer Success, ask questions that clarify the problem, and own the solution through resolution
