Who We Are Looking For?

We’re building our expert pipeline of outstanding freelance engineers and developers for upcoming client projects. These include roles across a variety of specializations such as full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, testing and automation, platform engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Will vary depending on the specific engineering or development role, but may include:

- Architecting scalable and secure applications

- Building APIs and frontend interfaces

- Automating infrastructure and deployments

- Designing ETL pipelines and data architecture

- Implementing test automation frameworks

- Securing infrastructure and cloud environments

- Participating in remote Agile teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline

- Proficiency in one or more technical domains, such as: - Backend: Java, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP - Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS - DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker - Data Engineering: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Kafka, Airflow, Spark - Quality Assurance: Test automation, performance testing, CI pipelines

- Fluent English communication skills

- Proven ability to collaborate remotely in international teams

- Ability to work independently in a distributed team

- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in startups or early-stage products

- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud-native development, or LLM/AI tools
