What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer that will contribute to the development, integration, administration, support, and overall health of our corporate technology, applications, and hardware. You will be an individual contributor as a member of a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff.

This position is located on-site at either our Metro Manila (Pasig City) or Dumaguete offices, with typical working hours from 3AM until 12PM, Tuesday through Saturday, Philippine Standard Time (GMT +8.) Working hours may sometimes flex with the needs of the business.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, IT Engineering, and has peers in the following roles: Staff IT Engineer, IT Engineer, IT Support Engineer

What you will accomplish:

- Provide front-line support and administration for our corporate technology, applications, and hardware using service management systems

- Participate in the design, implementation, automation, and/or maintenance activities of corporate technology, applications, and hardware, as well as line-of-business applications

- Participate in the employee onboarding and offboarding process (setting up accounts, issuing and retrieving hardware, assisting with onboarding support requests, etc.)
