What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, IT Engineering that will own the development, integration, administration, support, and overall health of our corporate technology and applications. You will be managing a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff, as well as being a significant hands-on contributor.

This position can be located on-site at our offices in Manila (Pasig City) or Dumaguete, Philippines, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Working hours may flex with the needs of the business. Minimal travel may be required.

This position reports to the Head of Global IT and Security, and has peers in the following roles: IT Operations Manager, and Network Engineering Manager.

What you will accomplish:

- Lead our IT Engineering function, with responsibility for both existing and green-field corporate technology

- Manage a team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff

- Implement, maintain, and extend corporate applications for productivity, security, and connectivity, including line-of-business systems owned by cross-functional peers

- Give regular and clear feedback around direct reports’ performance

- Foster decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary

- Set and manage technology consumers’ expectations
