Your mission:

UiPath is redefining enterprise automation with AI. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you’ll work directly with customers to design and deploy agentic, AI-powered workflows that transform how businesses operate.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role for engineers who enjoy building in real-world environments. You’ll take ambiguous problems, turn them into production systems, and see your work deliver immediate, measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows in production environments.

- Design end-to-end solutions integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.

- Partner directly with customers to translate business problems into scalable AI and RPA solutions.

- Own delivery from prototype → production → iteration.

- Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability.

- Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and custom integrations to meet customer-specific requirements.

- Anticipate delivery risks, manage scope, and communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and timelines proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Lead high-impact technical workstreams within strategic customer engagements, aligning delivery to measurable business outcomes.

- Contribute reusable patterns and influence product direction through real-world feedback.

- Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and help scale reusable implementation play books across customer engagements.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate field learnings into platform improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

- 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including applied or customer-facing work.
