The role
We are looking for a Product Ops Engineer to support customer deployments, build customizations, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve the product based on field needs.
This role works closely with Engineering, Product, FAE, and customer teams.
Responsibilities
- Support customer deployments from setup through acceptance.
- Configure and customize the product for customer applications.
