Xephyr builds sovereign AI agents and the data platforms that power them, for enterprises including Wesfarmers, Telstra, Bupa, Kmart, Garvan Institute and Sunnyfield. Your data doesn't move. Your governance rules apply. Every agent runs inside your environment. We are a team of under 20 people. We build three things: the data foundations and business context your agents need, custom agents trained on your data and workflows, and Xavier, our analytics agent that delivers trusted answers from your data fast. Xephyr is ISO 27001 certified and deploys on-premise or in your private cloud.

2 ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in software, data and AI, especially Generative AI, at an enterprise level. You will design and build production-grade systems, work directly with client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions they trust, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers. This is a hands-on build role with room to grow into technical leadership.
