About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor. You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape our technical architecture and engineering culture while delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems

- Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches

- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern .NET and Vue.js/React.js/Angular.js

- Development & Delivery

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that serves as an example for the team

- Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

- Work with Azure to design, deploy and maintain scalable applications

- Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers

- Lead code reviews and drive improvements to development standards and processes

- Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and design to implement technical solutions

- Present technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

- Participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews
