About the role
Build with us Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. Today, more than 250,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow – with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable. With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions. We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of. Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.
Your impact Mollie's Revenue Operations domain gives our commercial organisation the tooling, data and automation to do more with less. As Analytics Engineer I in the Customer Insights team, you'll focus on the analytics and BI side of the products we ship.
You'll build the dbt models behind your own dashboards and turn that data into a clear, ongoing read on adoption, usage and impact. You'll be the person who can tell the team and its stakeholders, with data, whether what we shipped is actually working.
Your numbers will directly shape which BETs get iterated on, doubled down on or cut. You'll work side by side with Application Engineers on tools that Sales and SDRs use every day, at a fast moving moment with the GoCardless integration about to start.
What you'll ship
- Small, regular improvements to existing Customer Insights products, like dbt model fixes, new tests and dashboard fixes, shipped independently.
- Adoption, usage and impact tracking for Customer Insights products, such as Account Book adoption, BigMind usage or HubSpot UI card engagement.
- That tracking built end to end, from the underlying dbt model through to a dashboard that stakeholders actually check.
- Build a standing set of adoption and impact dashboards that the team and its stakeholders use to prioritise what we shipp, and it's analytics and BI deliverables.
What you'll bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SQL and working dbt experience. You're comfortable building and maintaining models and tests, not just querying, because you'll own the models feeding your own dashboards.
- Experience with a BI or dashboard tool such as Omni, Looker, Tableau or similar. You know how to display data so it delivers a clear message.
- Data visualisation and data storytelling skills.
- Experience with GTM, Reveneu Operations or Marketing is a big plus.
- Comfort working directly with business stakeholders.
Grow your way At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.
You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.
