What You'll Build
- Keep deployed systems reliable through firmware flashing, configuration, and software-related service work.
- Investigate and resolve complex service issues onsite and remotely.
- Provide technical support and own user issues through successful resolution.
- Deliver practical technical training that helps users operate our systems confidently.
- Develop new functionality and contribute bug fixes and software optimizations.
- Improve existing services, workflows, and technical solutions.
