About the job
The Integration Engineer reports directly to the Integration Architect and is responsible for developing integration solutions for technical and business teams while collaborating with product, engineering and business partners. This role builds, enhances and supports MuleSoft applications and integrations throughout the development lifecycle, including testing, release and production support. The successful candidate takes ownership of integrations end to end and helps deliver reliable solutions across global teams.
What you'll be doing
Integration Development
- Builds, enhances and supports MuleSoft applications with strong DataWeave skills.
- Follows API-led connectivity patterns and the team's coding standards.
- Works with various messaging protocols (HTTP, JMS, AMQP, SFTP etc.), API protocols (SOAP, REST, GraphQL), message queueing systems (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.).
- Uses AI-assisted development as a part of day-to-day workflow.
Quality, Testing & Release
- Writes MUnit tests for the integrations they build or change.
