About this role in the team:

As an Implementation Manager at BVNK, you will own the successful implementation of customers onto the BVNK platform following commercial close and handoff from Solutions Engineering.

You will act as the primary implementation partner for the customer, coordinating technical integration, configuration, testing, dependencies, and internal stakeholders to move customers efficiently from signed contract to production go-live.

This role combines technical expertise, program management, and customer leadership. You will be accountable for maintaining implementation momentum, resolving blockers, managing risk, and ensuring customers launch successfully against clearly defined scope and timelines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Own customer implementations from handoff by Solutions Engineering through successful production go-live.

- Establish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and target launch dates.

- Lead customer implementation kickoffs and establish clear governance and ways of working for the delivery process.

- Guide customers through integration with BVNK’s APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and payment infrastructure.
