Role Overview
The Business Intelligence (BI) Solution Developer serves as a key member of the Measurement Enablement team, responsible for ensuring client healthcare marketing data is accurate, current, and ready for reporting and analysis. This role bridges the gap between Data Engineering, analytics teams, and client stakeholders by managing data ingestion processes, validating data quality, maintaining reporting-ready data structures, and resolving issues throughout the data lifecycle.
The ideal candidate enjoys investigating data questions, identifying root causes of data discrepancies, improving data quality, and working across multiple teams to ensure reliable data powers business decisions.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—New York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Indianapolis, or Lambertville (NJ)—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Data Ingestion & Source Management
- Coordinate the onboarding of new client data sources and data feeds.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure successful ingestion of data into Databricks.
- Monitor data delivery schedules and ingestion processes.

- Work directly with internal teams and external partners to resolve source-related issues.
Data Quality & Stewardship
- Monitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy across client datasets.
- Perform ongoing quality assurance and reconciliation checks.
- Investigate missing, unexpected, or inconsistent data.
- Escalate, coordinate and resolve remediation efforts with the appropriate teams.
- Maintain documentation of data quality findings and resolutions.
- Support the development of automated data quality checks and monitoring processes.
Data Modeling
- Develop and maintain client-specific standard, custom, and master tables and reporting views within Databricks based on a medallion architecture.
