ProSights helps private equity-backed companies build a reliable data foundation. We bring together data from ERPs, CRMs, operating systems, and documents, then clean and reconcile it so teams can use it for reporting, migrations, and workflow automation.

We embed engineers with the client, build working software early, and develop it into production applications on the client's real data.

More than 70% of the top 20 funds are already customers. We work with the investment firms themselves and the portfolio companies they own, which gives us a direct line into hundreds of companies.

What you would build

You'll focus on the client applications, integrations, and AI workflows that use this data. Work with our core engineering team as we build reusable data collection and reconciliation capabilities.

Our client work includes:

- Post-M&A data migration. Unify messy contract, customer, and financial data after an acquisition into one source of truth.

- Document & data pipelines. Turn documents and systems of record into structured, cited output that downstream teams can trust.

- Custom operational apps. Replace paper, binder, and spreadsheet workflows with software the team actually runs on.

- Revenue & CRM operations. Clean pipeline data, automate renewals and pricing, and keep customer records in sync across systems.

- System integration & AI agents. Pipe clean data into the ERP, CRM, and warehouse, and stand up agents that handle the repetitive work.

What the job is actually like

- Work with the Delivery Manager and client to understand the workflow, inspect real examples, and clarify what the application needs to do. The Delivery Manager owns the business problem, scope, and success criteria; you own the technical solution and implementation.

- Build working versions early to test assumptions, run demos with the client, and improve the application from feedback.

- Take applications into production on real client data. Agree milestones and delivery tradeoffs with the Delivery Manager, and raise scope or timeline changes before making new commitments.

- Own testing, debugging, production fixes, and ongoing improvements. Handle incomplete inputs and errors, and make failures visible and recoverable.

- Reuse existing components where they fit, and bring recurring client needs back to the core engineering team.

- Work directly with operators and executives on site. Explain technical choices clearly and raise blockers with a diagnosis and proposed next step.

Who you are

- 4+ years building and delivering production software, with real ownership of outcomes.

- Fluent in TypeScript, with practical React, Node.js, API, and database experience. You can build and debug an application across the frontend, backend, and database.

- Practical Python and SQL experience for integrations, data processing, and AI workflows.
