The Role

Veeva Development Cloud is an industry-leading cloud platform featuring embedded AI capabilities and agents designed to maximize customer productivity. This is a full-time, permanent remote role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role that is primarily done remotely with select travel for customer and internal events under 10%. Candidates must reside in Poland and possess full legal authorization to work.

What You'll Do - Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault’s core capabilities.

- Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

- Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities. No coding required.

- Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value.

- Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
