The role
Sitting with stakeholders to scope the real problem, architecting the system, building it, integrating it with messy enterprise infrastructure, deploying it to production, and iterating until it delivers. You are the technical face of Linkt to the client — engineer, consultant, and product owner in one.
What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered systems in production: agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, voice agents, and evaluation infrastructure
- Embed with client teams — running working sessions with everyone from executives to staff engineers, translating business problems into shippable systems
- Integrate with real enterprise stacks: CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, legacy APIs, and everything in between
- Harden prototypes into production systems with evals, observability, guardrails, and monitoring
