Partly is building the infrastructure for anyone to repair anything. We believe everything built should be repairable, and we're building frontier AI to put repair knowledge to work, starting with the $2tn automotive market.

Our model, Interpreter, is the first AI purpose-built to understand repair. Trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts, it reads a repair job the way an estimator does, resolves damage into the exact purchasable part, and shows its reasoning with a confidence score. On real production jobs, an estimator working with Interpreter reaches 98.8% parts-list accuracy, against 92.1% with today's tools. It powers PartlyRepair, used by collision shops, workshops and suppliers to take the admin off the job; PartlyLabs, the agentic infrastructure enterprises use to deploy Interpreter across their own workflows; and a developer API.

🖍️ THIS ROLE

As Partly’s Network Manager, NZ Supply and Solutions, you’ll be the hands-on operator behind our New Zealand supply network. You’ll be the single point of accountability for selection, live inventory, and supplier performance across the platform.

Your mission: make sure repairers can find the part they need, see accurate availability, and trust the supplier on the other side. More than this, we want to maximise choice across supplier channels and cost. You’ll do that by getting deep in the data, building tight feedback loops with suppliers, and partnering with Product and Engineering to turn insight into action.

This isn’t a back-office supply chain role, and it isn’t purely strategy. It’s a commercial, analytical and operational role for someone energised by the detail: running the numbers, pulling the levers, and being the person who knows the network better than anyone else in the building.

💻 WHAT WILL YOU DO

Drive selection, availability and supplier performance

- Own the day-to-day health of the supply network: selection breadth, live inventory accuracy, and fulfilment reliability.

- Use Partly’s supplier performance features and data to identify where each supplier is under-performing, and build the playbook to address it.

- Set the priorities: where to add coverage, where to expand integrations, where to push for better pricing and which suppliers to recruit.
